According to the By-laws of our church, the Annual Meeting of the Church shall be held on a Sunday in June to be selected by the Pastor and the Leadership Council, at which time the annual reports of the Ministry Teams, the Pastor, the Moderator on behalf of the Leadership Council, the Standing Teams, and the Clerk shall be presented.
