Is a group of married couples (Pairs) and single people (Spares). They meet the second Wednesday of each month for a potluck supper. They are not sponsored by a church or other organization. They live in and around the community. They do not have fundraisers, have committees or even have a president. They bring a casserole or other potluck item and enjoy a meal together. They bring their own mug and plate and flatware. So they don’t need a clean-up committee to wash dishes just someone to run the vacuum after. Each month two people volunteer to make a dessert and pour coffee. They meet at 6:00 p.m. at the First Congregational Church of Wakefield in the Fellowship Hall just to enjoy a social meal with friends or to make new friends. They welcome visitors and new members. Consider this your invitation to join them.
